Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full appointment fee.
This policy allows us to offer appointment times to other patients who may be needing care. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible.
